February 11th, 2019 Dubai (UAE): Evolvin’ Women, a social enterprise that enables organisations to offer skill development to unemployed women from rural areas, has formed strategic alliance with PwC’s Academy, adding to its expanding group of educational partners.

Aimed at developing employability skills of women with limited access to both education and capacity building trainings, the strategic partnership envisions to enhance the 27-month Evolvin’ Women Program to bring out the next generation of leaders in the hospitality industry.

The PwC’s Academy in collaboration with Evolvin’ Women will provide participants with a range of professional development courses in finance, human resources, leadership and digital skills. These programs are based on the best practices of PwC’s global network of firms and individual experiences of their training experts.

Talking about the alliance, Founder of Evolvin’ Women, Assia Riccio said: “We are delighted to be partnering with a leading education provider such as PwC Academy, a longstanding regional leader in the field. In this fast-paced global economy, exposure to experts and quality education is vital for the success of our participants. With human resources, financial and project management playing an increasingly critical role in every aspect of employment, we know that PwC’s Academy brings together skills in business to help support our participants through successful transformations”.

Agreeing with Assia, PwC Partner and PwC’s Academy Leader, Amanda Line added: “Thanks to Evolvin’ Women, we have a fantastic opportunity to make a difference to the lives of these young women. We look forward to welcoming the participants and are so excited to be a part of their journey to becoming future business leaders.”

Beginning in March 2020, and over the course of twelve months, PwC will be releasing four modules for skills development to the women enrolled.
