January 2025, (Karachi, Pakistan): CaterpillHERs, a platform empowering women in freelancing, entrepreneurship, and leadership, is partnering with CodeGirls, a community-funded coding boot camp that trains women in tech, to launch a Freelance Accelerator Program in January 2025.

This 14-week program will help women gain the skills, confidence, and connections they need to grow their freelancing careers.

This collaboration aims to empower CodeGirls graduates by giving them exposure to a more diverse group of professionals while helping them take the next big step in their careers.

What the Program Offers:

  • Skill-Building Sessions: Over 14 weeks, participants will learn key freelancing skills like how to find clients, communicate effectively, create portfolios, and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Networking Opportunities: Participants will connect with industry professionals and peers from beyond the CodeGirls community to expand their network and learn from different perspectives.
  • Mentorship: Each participant will have at least one personalized session with a mentor who can guide and support them.
  • Coaching Calls: Lead trainers, Hira and Faiza, will hold group coaching calls to track participants’ progress and help them overcome challenges.

Limited seats available—the program is fully funded by Code Girls for their alumni. Additionally, the program is offering subsidized seats for anyone else who is passionate about joining.
