Ananke’s key festival partnership with Keemiya Creatives over the past two years have led to compelling dialogue, cross-regional cultural exchange, building pathway to positive change.
The partnership has played a pivotal role in bringing together thinkers, authors, musicians, and creatives in general, who have shared alternate perspectives in the backdrop of a world fueled with hate, bigotry, fascism, and misogyny.
Keemiya Creatives was established in 2018 with a vision to make publishing and book marketing transparent and accessible. It offers Writing and Publishing Services, Author Branding, Ghostwriting, Resources, Talk Shows, in which the founder Namrata hosts a talk show exclusively for author called The WIP Show where the focus is only on the process of writing including characters, research and all that goes behind a book.
Talking about the partnership, Founder Ananke and Festival Director, Sabin Muzaffar said: “Creating a safe space where dialogue and conversations on challenging topics take place. It can only be built on the basis of allyship, people and organizations will to not just invest their time and effort but also a vision to change narratives of hate, enmity, and prejudice. Keemiya Creatives and Namrata stand for that and so much more. It is a pleasure and privilege – in fact – a joy working with her. This year is no different. Even though, organizing such large-scale online events is by no means an easy task but working as a team makes all the craziness so meaningful. I hope this is what we can inspire, building bridges, encouraging, fostering hope.”
Namrata added, “We are living through times that constantly test our collective resilience, empathy, and capacity to listen. In such moments, it becomes not just important, but urgent, to create intentional spaces that center compassion, critical dialogue, and authentic storytelling. Our partnership with Ananke, now in its second year, is grounded in a shared vision: to challenge the status quo, to question systems that silence, and to amplify voices that carry the weight of lived truths. What makes this collaboration so powerful is the alignment of values: a commitment to nuance over noise, depth over division. Working with Sabin and the Ananke team is not just a professional joy, it is a profoundly human experience. Together, we’re not just organizing events. We’re holding space, fostering solidarity, and gently but persistently shaping a more inclusive narrative for us all.”
The three-day, digital event will commence on April 29th, 2025 and will be live streamed on Ananke’s YouTube page; with links shared on its Facebook page as well.
With the theme, Speaking Truth to Power, conversations will also focus on the manufacturing and production of truth and its relationship with the hegemony of socio-economic, cultural, and political structures, apparatuses as well as consciousness.
