Dubai, UAE | June 2025: Ananke, the pioneering new media and development platform amplifying inclusive narratives from the Global South, is proud to announce the appointment of Namrata, Founder of Keemiya Creatives, as its Director – Operations.
This strategic appointment comes at a significant inflection point in Ananke’s journey as it expands its mission to build an inclusive, equitable digital ecosystem for diverse voices, particularly women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals across South Asia and beyond. Namrata joins the collective in a fractional, non-executive leadership capacity, bringing with her a decade-long legacy of shaping impactful publishing, editorial, and content strategy frameworks across the region.

She is someone deeply admired for her reliability and trustworthiness. I am looking forward to seeing Namrata building on Ananke’s legacy of delivering impact and holding power accountable as well amplifying marginalized voices and executing creative approaches to storytelling.” Sabin Muzaffar, Founder & Editor-in-Chief, Ananke.
Speaking on the opportunity, Namrata shared:
“Ananke has long been a space I have admired, for its editorial courage, its commitment to gender equity, and the quiet but powerful way it fosters dialogue in the digital realm. I am honored to support the creation of operational scaffolding and strategic clarity that aligns with its values. This isn’t about bringing systems to a platform, it’s about co-creating a new rhythm, together.”
As Ananke enters this new chapter, the platform remains committed to its core ethos: facilitating inclusive conversations on global issues through mentorship, publishing, and media development.
