Highly respected name in the publishing industry, Readomania, joins hands with Ananke to participate at Ananke Girl Summit on October 30th, 2021. Aligned with the main theme of the event, Designing Inclusion For A Transformational World, Readomania plans to focus on the topic of Creative Economy; initiating conversations on sustainable earning in publishing in the digital age.

Readomania was established in September 2014 and its annual publishing list was streamlined from 2016 onwards, which includes literary, midlist, and commercial fiction across multiple genres, short stories, poetry, non-fiction, and children’s fiction. The current focus of Readomania’s publishing programme is diversity in content. Readomania has four principal interest areas – traditional print publishing, online library of short stories and poetry, literary services, and products.

Talking about Ananke’s work, publisher and director, Dipankar Mukherjee said: “Now is the time to raise our voices and demand a gender-neutral society, and Ananke has been doing a phenomenal job in lending more power and credibility to many such voices.”

As part of the alliance, Readomania will curate two groundbreaking panels: The Bestselling Tag: Digital vs. Print and Towards sustainable earning in the creative economy. These panels aim to initiate effective narratives about creative economy; capitalizing on creativity and culture for inclusive social development.

Held on Zoom Conference with a Facebook live stream (facebook.com/anankemag), Ananke’s flagship event aims to involve diverse audiences. The summit will be a one,  full day event and consists of interactive presentations addressing key themes relevant to our world today. These include Education, Gender Equality, Creative Economy, Climate Change, Digital Rights & Cyber Safety, Disaggregated Gender Data and Mental Health.
